My Personal Story
How I Restored My Balance And Eliminated Chronic Foot Pain At the Age of 63 Using Stone Massage
I'm Jane... and at the ripe age of 63, I'm not exactly what you'd call "young".

For at least the past 15 years, I've suffered chronic pain in the joints of my feet and have consistently struggled with my balance.
When these symptoms first arose, I refused to give into them.
I was still very active and continued to enjoy my life to the fullest - despite feeling twinges of foot pain and often becoming dizzy and disoriented due to my balance issues.
But, as time progressed, these ailments just got worse.
I'd visited my doctor multiple times. But, if you're in a situation similar to mine, I'm sure you'll understand why I often found myself getting frustrated.

When you reach a certain age, it's almost as if doctors don't care much anymore - or at least that's been my personal experience anyway.

During each and every visit I would complain about my foot pain and balance problems, and was made to feel like I was foolish and I was simply wasting their time.

I was just given routine pain relief and some balance-enhancing exercises to do at home.

And I can honestly say - they did absolutely nothing.
I began to find day-to-day life extremely difficult, and I became heavily reliant on my husband. Sometimes, even getting up and down the stairs in our home was difficult...

...especially when my feet and balance were having one of their "bad days".

I felt utterly helpless, and couldn't do even half of the things I wanted to because of the pain or fear of making my coditions worse. And this included spending quality time with my grandchildren, something I was not prepared to give up.

I wasn't willing to allow my ailments  to get in the way of spending precious time with my family.
After all, at the age of 63, I wasn't going to be around forever...
...and I was determined to do everything in my power to feel better - with or without my doctor's help.

So, I sat down with my husband and daughter to do a little research into natural at-home methods that actually work to both improve balance and chronic foot pain.

And the one thing that came up time and time again was this pain relief stone massage mat, something I'd never even heard of before.
Obviously I knew what a massage was, but a stone massage mat? This was all news to me and, if I'm brutally honest, I thought it was just a gimmick. If medicinal pain relief and specific balance exercises weren't able to help, what was a stone massage mat going to do for me?

Luckily, my daughter over-ruled my skepticism and ordered me one - and I will be forever grateful she did.

At first glance, it looks a little funny. Essentially a foldable mat covered in small stone-like bumps, I had absolutely no idea what on earth this was going to achieve.

But after getting the hand of walking on the stone back and forth, I started to sense a significant change.

Now don't get me wrong, this change didn't happen overnight. I persevered with this mat, and had multiple daily sessions with it to not only begin feeling comfortable...

...but to start experiencing results.

Over time, I could feel every single contour of my foot sole being quite literally "massaged" and targeted. Because of this, my chronic foot pain dramatically decreased, and I found myself reaching for the pain killers less and less.

Better still, because this mat essentially trains both your feet and brain to work together in order to balance, my spacial awareness and ability to keep upright has been completely transformed!

Getting up and down the stairs in my home is now no longer a daunting task, and I'm able to spend quality time with my young grandchildren without having to worry about my foot pain suddenly holding me back.

I genuinely feel revitalized, and haven't felt this young and vibrant in a VERY long time. So if you, like me, have suffered with stubborn foot pain and balance problems, the pain relief stone massage mat is an absolute must-have - no doctors or expensive medication needed!
